How Does It Do All This?
Dwellwell combines AI with software analytics, and a unique all-in-one multi-sensor. The system has four components.
The dNode™
The dNode has multiple sensors packed into a single compact device. The dNode plugs into standard wall outlets. How many you need depends on the size of your property. dNodes connect to Wi-Fi and send data to the dHub.
The dHub™
The dHub is installed in the property and processes data from the dNodes. It connects to the internet and sends alerts and data to the Dwellwell app. Each property requires one dHub.

Water Leak Detectors
Dwellwell provides contact water leak detectors that can be placed anywhere there’s a risk of water leaks, such as behind toilets, under sinks or next to major appliances. Detectors are battery-operated and sound an alarm when they get wet. dNodes recognize the alarm and send you an alert.
Dwellwell App
Use the Dwellwell iOS app or Dwellwell Android app to install the dNodes and dHub in your property. Installation typically takes about 15-20 minutes. Once installed, use the app to check current conditions and receive alerts. You can also get alerts via text message or email.
In addition to the mobile app, Dwellwell offers a web-based app. Log into your Dwellwell account on the web to review historical reports and access additional features.
